Gustavo`s in Dahlonega

Dahlonega is a college town, and this must be humming when the students are around. Why not? The pizza is amazing (and huge) and there's some really good ale on tap. We sat at the bar and had a great Sunday lunch. Very friendly place.

Two calzones and a salad, carry out, before tip $62...... way, way overpriced and the calzones were soupy without much in the way of toppings. They were mostly dough. Extremely disappointed. I remember this place as being far better and more reasonably priced. Will not return

Had meatballs and cheese. Was good. Wish the had fries and onion rings. Def want to try the pizza. Got there right when they opened. It was slow. Looks like it could be a fun atmosphere. Have to report back. Peace

Terrible service! They were turning people away because they were short staffed on a holiday! We ended up going to the sandwich shop next door, and it was delicious!

The pizza is pretty good. If you’re from the NY/NJ area you’ll enjoy it, the quality is close. The Caprese Fried Ravioli are very good. The balsamic glaze is delicious. The Bruschetta is hard to chew and don’t get the spinach and artichoke dip - Only reason I gave them 4 stars. Great atmosphere and friendly staff!

Wonderful food, amazing service. My husband is from New Jersey and he says this is the best pizza he’s had since he’s lived in Georgia! Would definitely return built my own supreme half pizza while my husband had the other half peperoni! Would recommend to anyone in the area

Meatballs were luke warm, rolls were hard, pizzas came out with the toppings all on one side, and the other toppings were all in the center. Service was good. Be prepared to pay extra for garlic butter, and marinara sauce.Good but have had better.

Awesome food! Staff is excellent. These trying times it is nice to go somewhere and know you will get great food and service. Do yourself a favor and go there!

Right in the Dahlonega town square nice place for pizza (which we had) very reasonable prices and pretty good menu considering the COVID19 pandemic we are in. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Quarantine pizza run. Ordered the veggie which was wonderful. Also ordered garlic rolls...like rocks. The mafia could use them to hide bodies in a body of water if they tied them to the ankles! They were dry and flavorless. I couldn’t believe there were six of them when I opened the container because of the weight. If you don’t believe me and order them...don’t say you weren’t warned.

This is the go-to pizza spot in Dahlonega. Whenever I have real estate clients that are visiting, I always suggest Gustavo's as one of my restaurant recommendations!

Had a great time. My wife and I shared a pizza. Pizza was really good. Good menu. Lots of variety. Full bar. Good selection of beers. Service was good. Right on the square. Come here every time we are in town

Food came out still frozen!!! Sent it back. Had to wait another 45 minutes!!!! Still cold in the middle. No apologies from m manager hardly from the waitress.. would not recommend... Dahlonega is a gorgeous little town. But they have advertise it too much and it's just a joke. There's not enough room in restaurant for all the people. Hardly any bathrooms... No Parking. We are locals and it's just ridiculous..... Kills the charm Wait ng in line to go through a store

Best pizza in North Georgia, and the garlic/cheese rolls are outstanding. Highly recommend the BBQ chicken pizza and any one of there mixed drinks (just don't forget to stir it, as the alcohol generally sits at the bottom when you get it)

Great service. Kitchen sink pizza was wonderful... the large stromboli fed 4 people. Descent prices. Went on Halloween so it fun watching everyone around the square in their costumes. Definitely will be back.

I’m saddened by the blatant disrespect and hate they showed my friends parents. If I could put Zero stars I would. To treat two Latin American people that way is awful. To treat anyone that way is awful. But these are two incredibly kind people. For you to call the police and have them escorted out of the restaurant is disrespectful and embarrassing. Did they threaten people? Did they use foul language? Is their money not good enough? Is it because they were Latin American? Were they acting outrageous? Gustavo being a name that originated from the Spanish, Italian or Portuguese means that someone down the line came to this country as an immigrant. So again what your restaurant has done is awful. They definitely deserve an apology.

Amazing. The Stromboli was gigantic and delicious. Good cold beer, college football on the televisions and great wait staff. What more can you ask for?

Pizza good, need outside seating

My only problem was that pint night was canceled. But you cant really blame them for it. Me and my buddy went and tried a stout each and we absolutely hated it. We both drank a half then gave up. He (the bartender) then only charged us for a single drink because we only drank half and because he didnt like the drink either.

The kitchen sink pizza is the best around!

Amazing pizza! Probably the best I’ve ever had. Our server Tyler was great! We asked if the meal for our toddler could be brought out sooner than the pizza and he had it to the table within 5 min! Great experience!

Very full food. Limited menu pizza only and maybe they had subs . And it was not that good anyway. Pizza hut has about the same kind of pizza. Was looking for a good pie not a pizza if you know what I mean.

I've been twice now and really enjoy the pizza and beer selection. The pizza is consistently great and the atmosphere off of the square is pretty awesome as well. Always have had great service as well.

Party of 4. Waitress is perpetual, impatient, and she almost walked away without taking last persons order. Appetizer was a joke. My girlfriend asked for no onions and got a platerful. My wife's bbf order was late. My order was a Philly cheese steak made like a bread roasted brick with very litte meat & cheese but my Ceasars salad was abundant and good. No tip,...for scattered & quick service, no attention, wrong requests, fair food.......(And we're really nice people!)
